老年人巨幼细胞性贫血40例临床分析

目的 探计老年人巨幼细胞性贫血临床特点。方法 对我院1995-2001年收治的40例60岁以上巨幼细胞性贫血住院患的资料进行分析。结果 40例中男12例、女28例，年龄60-85岁。因维生素B12减少36例，占90％。多伴有其它慢性疾病，以慢性消化道疾病居多(20例)，占50％。属中、重厦贫血30例，占75％。病程中合并感染8例，占20％。用叶酸、维生素B12治疗效果显。结论 老年人巨幼细胞性贫血近年有增加趋势，以城镇居民多见。其发生与消化道疾病关系密切，贫血多较严重，及时诊断和治疗预后良好。

Clinical analysis of 40 cases of megaloblastic anemia in elder

ObjectiveTo study the clinical manifestations of megaloblastic anemia in elder.MethodsThe data of 40patients over 60 year-old with megaloblastic anemia from 1995 to 2001 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsIn 40 cases , 12 patients were male, and 28 patients were female. The age ranged from 60 to 85. There were 36 casesof nutritional cobalamin deficiency (90%), 30 cases of major anemia (75%).20 cases combined with other chronic digestivetube diseases(50%), and 8 cases showed infection in the course of disease (20%). The response to vitamin B12 and pteroyl-glutamic acid was well.ConclusionsIn recent years the incidence of megaloblastic anemia in elder is increased, especiallyin the town residents. Digestive tube disorders is the main cause of the disease .Most patients have severe anemia. Theprognosis of megaloblastic anemia in elder would be well if the diagnosis and treatment have been maken promptly.
