钴~(60)r射线对小白鼠骨髓细胞染色体影响的研究

摘    要:用钴60γ射线对小白鼠作一次性全身均匀照射后,制备骨髓细胞染色体标本。结果表明,钴60γ线可诱发小白鼠骨髓细胞染色体数目和结构畸变。62%的中期细胞染色体数目有异常,其中亚二倍体占47%,超二倍体占6,9%的中期细胞染色体出现解体无法计数;84%的中期细胞染色体结构有不同类型的畸变,包括有裂隙、断裂、断片、缺失、易位、罗伯逊易位,着丝粒环、无着丝粒环双着丝粒体、解体和碎裂等类型。

Abstract:The chromoosomes of bone marrow metaphase cells of the mice irradiated by 60Co gamma ray were prepared. It was shown that the number and structure of the chromosomes were varied after the whole mice treated homogeneously with one—time radiation. The ratio of aberrent cells in chromotomal number was 62%, in which 47% cells were subdiploides and 6% were superdiploldes, 9% were disintegrated and uncuntable. Different types of chromosome structure aberrent of 84% cells were also found, which included gaps, breakages, fragments, deletions, translocations, Robinson transloca ions, centric rings, noncentric rings, noncentric rings, dicentric chromosomes, degenerations and fragmentations.
