复方岗梅冲剂中岗梅及水杨梅薄层色谱鉴别方法研究

摘    要:目的研究复方岗梅冲剂中岗梅、水杨梅的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法分别取岗梅药材、水杨梅药材、复方岗梅冲剂及阴性制剂的乙酸乙酯提取液,于硅胶板中,以甲苯-乙酸乙酯-冰醋酸(10:YAN Yuan,3:1)作展开剂展开,氨熏后在紫外灯(365nm)下检视。结果供试品色谱中,在与对照药材色谱相应位置上,显相同特征的斑点。阴性制剂图谱无此斑点。结论本法快捷,图谱清晰,重现性好,阴性对照无干扰,可作为该制剂质量控制标准之一。
