| 摘 要： | 目的研究乳腺癌耐药蛋白BCRP在人体正常和肿瘤组织中的表达及其意义. 方法采用半定量RT-PCR检测BCRP在人体正常组织和乳腺癌、胃癌组织中的表达水平. 结果研究发现BCRP mRNA在胎盘和肝脏组织中表达较高,在结肠、小肠、胃、乳腺和肾脏组织中表达较低,在胰腺、脾脏、外周血白细胞和卵巢组织中检测不到.20例乳腺癌中有5例(25%)BCRP阳性表达,而20例胃癌中BCRP均未表达.结论乳腺癌耐药蛋白BCRP在人体的一些正常组织和乳腺癌中具有表达,其作用可能与该组织的外排功能有关.

| Abstract: | Aim To investigate expression of breast cancer resistance protein (BCRP) in normal human tissues and tumor samples.Methods Expression of BCRP was detected by semi-quantitative RT-PCR in normal human tissues and tumor samples.Results Our semi-quantitative RT-PCR showed higher levels of BCRP mRNA in placental and liver tissues with lower levels in colon, small intestine, stomach, breast and kidney, undetectable levels in pancreas, spleen, peripheral-blood leukocytes and ovary. Positive expression of BCRP mRNA in 5 cases (25%) of breast carcinoma, negative expression in gastric carcinoma.Conclusion Expression of BCRP can be detected by semi-quantitative RT-PCR in some normal human tissues and breast carcinoma. |
