早期食管癌X线与食管镜及病理结果对照

目的:提高早期食管癌的X线检出率。方法:应用日本岛津700MA胃肠机低张双对比造影检查早期食管癌68例。同期追踪其食管镜及病理检查。强调检查体位,按病理分型、局部分区、侵犯粘膜的深浅分别探索检出率。结果:68例早期食管癌X线低张双对比造影检出率为90%。其中糜烂型和乳头型早期癌易检出,斑块型次之,平坦型X线不易显示。癌组织浸润粘膜下层X线可全部检出,浸润粘膜层检出率91%。原位癌的检出率为35%。结论:X线低张双对比造影及认真应用多体位检查早期食管癌显示率很高。

Comparison result of X - ray examination esophagoscopy from pathological finding of early oesophagus carcinoma

Objective:To impove X-ray detecting rate of oesophagus carcinoma in ear ly stage.Methods:Low tension double-contrast of air barium examination was performed in 68 patients wigh early carcinoma of oesphagus by using 700mA X-ray machine made by Shimadtu Corporation. During the examination,great attention was paid to ghe patient'sposition. The lesions were divided according to ghe pathology,sige and ghe infiltrated depth of the mucosa.Results:The detectable rate of 68 cases of oesoghagus carcinoma is 90% through X-ray,Spot type is second, and plat type is shown difficultly. Through X-ray. Type As carcinoma infiltrated submucosa, all can be appeared on radidogy. As infiltrated, the detectable rate is 91%,which of the carcinoma in site is 35%.Conclusion:With emphasion patient's position, the detectable rate of the early oesophagus carcinoma is high enough for clinical treatment.
