| 摘 要： | 目的报道镍-钛（Ni—Ti）记忆合金环抱器治疗四肢斜形和螺旋形骨折的临床效果。方法23例四肢斜形、螺旋形骨折患者，骨折常规切开复位后，分别用Ni—Ti记忆合金环抱器进行内固定。术后随访9—34个月，根据骨折愈合时间、关节功能及患肢外形、功能评价治疗效果。结果所有骨折均于术后4—16周达到临床愈合；无骨不连、感染等并发症；无环抱器断裂、脱出现象。骨折愈合优良率达91．3％。结论Ni—Ti记忆合金环抱器治疗四肢长斜形和长螺旋形骨折效果良好，值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of nickel-titanium(Ni-Ti) shape memory alloy embracing internal fixer on oblique or spiral fracture.Methods23 cases with spiral or oblique fracture accepted internal fixation with Ni-Ti shape memory alloy embracing.The time of bone healing,articular function,the appearance and function of the wound extremity were evaluated after 9~34 months follow-up.ResultsAll fractures healed in 4~16 weeks after operation.None infection,nonunion,embracing emersion or break had been found. The fine rate was 91.3%.ConclusionThe effect of Ni-Ti shape memory alloy embracing internal fixer on long spiral or long oblique fracture is satisfactory. |
