我院抗菌药物的使用情况分析

目的探讨我院患者抗菌药物使用情况及合理性。方法采用整群抽样的方法，回顾性地调查我院2008年1-12月住院患者抗菌药物的使用。结果抗菌药物使用率为81．56％，联合用药占78．8％，二联占77．1％，三联占7．1％。应用抗菌药物中前3位为青霉素类、氨基糖苷类、头孢类。结论在抗菌药物使用方面，应严格掌握适应症、禁忌症，合理规范使用抗菌药物，以防止浪费，减少耐药菌株的产生，减轻患者的经济负担，加强抗菌药物合理应用的管理是十分必要的。

The analysis of the using condition of antimicrobial drugs in our hospital
