长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗蒽环类和（或）紫衫类耐药的晚期乳腺癌的临床分析

目的 观察长春瑞滨联合顺铂（NP方案）治疗蒽环类和（或）紫衫类耐药的晚期乳腺癌的疗效及其不良反应.方法 采用长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗术后复发或者转移性乳腺癌34例,长春瑞滨25 g/m2静脉滴注,d 8;顺铂组80 g/m2静脉滴注d1,每21～28 d为1周期.中位化疗为3个周期（2～4个周期）.结果 完全缓解（CR）1例（2.9%）,部分缓解（PR）16例（47.1%）,稳定（SD）12例（35.5%）,进展（PD）5例（14.7%）,总有效率（CR＋PR）50%.主要不良反应为骨髓抑制,胃肠道反应,多为Ⅰ～Ⅱ度,Ⅲ～Ⅳ度不良反应主要为白细胞减少和胃肠道反应.结论 NP方案可以做为蒽环类和（或）紫衫类耐药晚期乳腺癌患者的有效治疗方法,其产生的不良反应可接受.

Clinical Analysis on Late Stage Breast Cancer Treated with NP Program for Anthracene or Pacilitaxel Resistance Patient

Objective To observe the effect and side effect of late stage breast cancer treated with NP program for anthracene or pacilitaxel resistance patient.Methods 34 cases of recurrence after operation or metastasis breast cancer patient were treated with NP program.Vinorebine 25 g/m2 at 8 daya,DDP 80 g/m2 at 1day,21～28 days as a course.Mean course was 3 times(2～4).Results There was 1 cases of(CR)(2.9%),16 cases of(PR)(47.1%)12 cases of(SD)(35.5%) and 5 cases of(PD)(14.7%) with total rate(CR+PR)50%.The main side effects were bone marrow inhibition,intestinal reaction as most ofⅠ～Ⅱ,Ⅲ～Ⅳ of side effect were leucocytopenia and intestinal reaction.Conclusion This method might be a good for that drug resistance patient with acceptable side effects.
