DHS加空心加压钉治疗稳定性股骨转子间骨折

目的探讨动力髋螺钉(DHS)联合空心加压螺丝钉治疗稳定性股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法自2007-07～2011-07间,使用DHS联合空心加压螺丝钉治疗稳定性股骨转子间骨折79例,其中:男38例,女41例。年龄28～100岁,平均72.3岁。左侧39例,右侧40例。结果本组随访3～24个月,平均16个月。1例内固定失败,DHS断裂;3例感染,其余均骨性愈合。结论 DHS联合空心加压螺丝钉治疗稳定性股骨转子间骨折明显增加骨折处的稳定性,减少局部旋转,有利于骨折的愈合和早期活动,减少了并发症。手术创伤少、固定牢、愈合快、术后并发症极少,是治疗稳定性股骨转子间骨折较新的有效方法。
