小切口手法碎核白内障摘除人工晶体植入术疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察采用小切口手法碎核白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术治疗白内障患者184例临床疗效。方法对2009-11~2011-07间,行小切口手法碎核白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术的184例(206眼)患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察术后视力、角膜散光度的情况及并发症的发生率。结果术后视力均有显著提高,随着时间的延长,视力好转的眼数比例逐渐增大,但无统计学意义(P>0.05),手术前后平均角膜散光度逐渐减小,变化明显,差异均有显著性有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率24.27%,未见视网膜脱离、青光眼等并发症。结论小切口手法碎核白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术,是一种安全、有效的白内障治疗方法,手术不需特殊设备,简便易行、经济,有广泛的实用性,适合在基层医院开展。

Abstract:Objective To observed by using the manual small incision cataract intraocular lens implantation for cataract patients 184 cases of clinical efficacy.Methods In November 2009 to July 2011,Do manual small incision cataract intraocular lens implantation in 184 cases(206 eyes) of patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Observation of visual acuity、 corneal astigmatism、and incidence of complications.Results The postoperative visual acuity improved significantly with time,the proportion of the number of eye vision improved gradually increasing,But without statistical significance(P>0.05),average corneal astigmatism before and after surgery and gradually reduce,Change significantly,the differences were significant statistically significant(P<0.05),postoperative complication rate was 24.27%.Conclusion Manual small incision cataract intraocular lens implantation might be a safe and effective treatment methods of cataract,The surgery does not need special equipment,operating simple and easy,suitable for the primary hospital.
