| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血尿酸水平与心脏性猝死的关系。方法本文选择确诊为院内心脏性猝死患者为实验组,男性40例,女性20例;另选择生存患者为对照组,男性40例,女性20例,比较两组患者的血尿酸(UA)水平、血脂(LDL-C)、血糖,超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的检测结果。结果实验组血尿酸、hs-CRP水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),两组间血脂(LDL-C)、血糖水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论高尿酸血症与心脏性猝死有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between serum uric acid level and sudden cardiac death.Methods Male 40 cases,females 20 cases(the experimental group) confirmed in-hospital patients with sudden cardiac death,survival in patients with male 40 cases,females 20 cases(control group),comparison of levels of serum uric acid,blood lipid(LDL-C),blood glucose and serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein test results in patients with 2 groups.Results hs-CRP ang serum uric acid level of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01),The 2 groups blood lipid(LDL-C)and blood glucose level were no obvious difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Hyperuricemia associated with sudden cardiac death. |
