| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨己烯雌酚对大鼠的胚胎毒性作用。方法 将交配成功的雌鼠在整个妊娠期每天注射己烯雌酚。观察己烯雌酚对妊娠雌鼠及胎鼠的影响。结果 染毒剂量为50μg·kg^-1·d^-1时，胎鼠体重明显下降。随着染毒剂量的增加雄仔鼠体重逐渐降低，染毒剂量达100μg·k^-1·d^-1时，平均窝仔数明显减少，胎鼠身长和尾长也发生显著性的改变。结论 己烯雌酚具有一定的胚胎毒性作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the embryotoxic effect of diethylstilbestrol in rats. Methods The pregnant rats were treated with diethylstilbestrol via injection at concentrations of 50 μg. kg^-1. d^-1 or 100μg. kg^- 1. d^- 1 throughout gestation, The general status of pregnant rats and fetus was observed. Results Exposure to diethylstilbestrol, at a concentration of 50μg. kg^- 1. d^-1, resulted in significant reduction in mean body weight of fetus, At a dose of 100 μg. kg^-1. d^-1, average litter size, and body and tail length of fetus significantly decreased. Conclusion There existed some embryotoxicity of diethylstilbestrol to rats. |
