人工关节置换术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折

目的 探讨应用人工髋关节置换手术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间不稳定性骨折的方法及临床疗效.方法 自2002年6月～2005年11月采用人工髋关节置换治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折26例进行随访分析.结果 26例经过6～26个月随访,22例恢复或基本恢复到受伤前髋关节功能可生活自理,3例需借助行器行走,未出现假体松动、下沉等并发症.结论 高龄不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折,采用人工髋关节置换治疗临床疗效满意,有利于早期恢复,减少术后并发症,但应严格掌握适应症.

Treatment of Unstable Intertrochanteric Fractures in Elderly Patients with Cemented Bipolar Prosthetic Replacement

Objective To study the mechanisms and clinical effect of prosthesis replace met for the treatment of the advanced age intertrochanteric. Methods From June 2002 to 2005, twenty-six cases with unstable intertrochanteric fractures were treated were treated with bipolar prosthetic arthroplasty , the clinical results were analyzed. Result With 0.6-26 months follow-up. 22 of these patient maintained the same walking category as before fracture and 3 cases had no increase in the dependency on walking aids. Without and hip prosthesis collapse and loosening were confirmed. Conclusion Prosthetic replacement for the management of unstable intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly is desirable. It benefit the patients earlier functional recovery and lower complications. But we must grasp the indication.
