肩锁关节脱位克氏针张力带钢丝与锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗的临床疗效评价

目的对比分析克氏针张力带钢丝与锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效及应用价值。方法自2008年1月至2013年1月,我院骨科经锁骨钩钢板内固定手术治疗肩锁关节脱位患者38例,与同条件下采用克氏针钢丝张力带固定术治疗40例比较,依据Kalsson评分标准进行术后肩关节功能恢复情况评价。结果两组患者术后均进行为期6¹2个月的随访,结果显示研究组患者65.79%(25/38)恢复效果为优等,与对照组42.50%(17/40)比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。研究组2例患者恢复效果较差,占5.26%,与对照组22.50%(9/40)比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。研究组优良率94.74%(36/38),对照组77.50%(31/40),二者差异具有显著性。结论相比于克氏针张力带钢丝固定术,锁骨钩钢板内固定术治疗肩锁关节脱位能够取得更好的治疗效果。

Clinical Evaluation of Acromioclavicular Joint Dislocation Tension Band Wire and Clavicular Hook Plate Fixation for the Treatment

Objective Comparative analysis of the tension band wire and clavicular hook plate fixation for the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation clinical efficacy and value. Methods From January 2008 to January 2013, 38 patients of our hospital orthopedics by clavicular hook plate fixation for the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation, and under the same conditions using the Kirschner wire tension band wire fixation for the treatment of 40 cases, based on Kalsson scoring criteria for postoperative shoulder function recovery evaluation. Results The postoperative follow-up period of 6-12 months, results showed that 65.79% of the study group （25/38） restoration of excellence, with the control group 42.50% （17/40） compared with the significant difference （P〈0.05）. Study group 2 patients recovery less effective, accounting for 5.26%, 22.50% of the control group （9/40） compared with the significant difference （P〈0.05）. Study group excellent rate of 94.74% （36/38）, 77.50% （31/40） of the control group, the difference was significant. Conclusion Compared Kirschner wire tension band wire fixation, clavicular hook plate fixation of acromioclavicular joint dislocation able to obtain a better therapeutic effect.
