超敏C反应蛋白在慢性胃炎中的临床意义

目的探讨慢性胃炎患者超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平及其临床意义。方法采用乳胶增强透射比浊法检测确诊的32例慢性胃炎患者静脉血超敏C反应蛋白含量。结果慢性胃炎患者超敏C反应蛋白水平高于正常对照组,其中18例慢性浅表性胃炎hs-CRP水平为(13.28±8.70)mg/L,14例慢性萎缩性胃炎hs-CRP水平为(14.19±9.56)mg/L,正常对照组为(2.72±2.67)mg/L。各病种之间结果差异无统计学意义。结论慢性胃炎患者超敏C反应蛋白水平高于正常人群,且疾程的长短对其无显著影响。

The Clinical Significance of High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein in Chronic Gastritis

Objective To investigate the level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） in the patients of Chronic gastritis and it＇s clinical meaning. Methods Using turbidimetry assay confirmed 32 eases of chronic gastritis patients blood hs-CRP. Results The level of hs-CRP in the patients of chronic gastritis is higher than the normal control, and there are 18 eases of chronic superficial gastritis hs-CRP levels as （13.28±8.70）mg/L, 14 eases of chronic atrophic gastritis hs-CRP levels as （14.19±9.56）mg/L, normal control group was （2.72±2.67）mg/L. But there is no significant difference between the entities. Conclusion The level of hs-CRP in the patients of chronic gastritis is higher than the normal control, and the duration of the course of disease have no significant different influence to the level of hs-CRP in the patients of disease of respiratory system with chronic inflammation.
