输尿管下段结石的超声诊断

目的针对急腹症病例，探讨超声在输尿管下段结石伴急性尿路梗阻中的诊断价值。方法结合病史及实验室检查，对拟为尿路结石的166患者，进行两侧肾、输尿管及膀胱的超声检查。结果超声诊断输尿管下段结石166例，144例有尿路梗阻。结石最大约为0．8cm，最小约为0．3cm。结论超声观察尿路梗阻声像、输尿管内强回声团块伴声影或彩色“彗尾征”，结合病史、尿镜检查，可对输尿管下段结石作出准确诊断。

Ultrasonic diagnosis of calculus in inferior ureter

Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound in diagnosis of calculus in inferior ureter accompanied with acute urinary obstruction in acute abdomen patients. Methods One hundred and sixty - six patients with urinary calculus were enrolled in this study. Their bilateral kidney, ureter and bladder were examined by ultrasound combined with history and laboratory examination. Results In 166 cases of calculus in inferior ureter, there were 144 cases of urinary obstruction. The biggest calculus was about 0.8 cm, the smallest one was 0.3 cm. Conclusion Uhrasonography can observe the sonogram of urinary obstruction and strong echo messes with acoustic shadow in ureter or color ＂comet tail sign＂, combined with history and urine microscopy, it can make accurate diagnosis for calculus in inferior ureter.
