摘    要:目的:通过依托现有的妇幼保健/计划生育网络,建立有效的生殖道感染综合控制体系,减少2个项目点(弥勒、陇川)育龄妇女生殖道感染的发生,探索并建立一种妇女生殖道感染防治的健康教育模式。方法:组建及完善健康教育网络,编写开发健康教育材料,培训各级健康教育人员,组织农民开展健康教育活动,广泛传播妇女生殖道感染防治知识。结果:在项目实施3年的时间里,育龄妇女生殖道感染防治知识知晓率明显提高,健康行为形成率逐年上升,妇女生殖道感染患病率显著下降,实现了预期目标。结论:在此基础上,总结出一整套模式,即省-县-乡(镇)-村四级妇幼保健/计划生育系统联合干预的健康教育模式。

Abstract:Objective:To establish the effective controlling system of the genital canalin infection,to reduce the genital canalin infection among married and reproductive women in Mile County and Longchuan County,and to establish health education models of the prevention of genital canalin infection through the supporting of local network of maternity,child care,and birth control.Methods:Compose the health education network,and extensivelly transmit the prevention knowledge of the genital canalin infection.Results:The desired results were achieved.The understanding of genital canalin infect prevention were significant promoted within the 3 years of the project being carried out.The healthy behaviour evidently increased.The genital canalin infection were effectively decreased.Conclusion:The models of health education and health improvement methods were summarized.
