南宁市老年人心理健康状况

目的 了解我市老年人的心理状况及其影响因素。方法 采用一般情况调查表、SCL-90量表，总体幸福度量表、特质应对方式问卷，社会支持量表等对南宁市253名老年人进行抽样调查。结果 我市老年人的心理健康水平低于国内老年人的平均水平，但其中心理症状达中度以上的老年人仅占5.53%；影响老年人心理健康的主要因素是老年人自身的应对方式和自感幸福度，以及家庭的支持程度。结论 老年人的心理保健应注重调动其自身的心理调节机制。

The State of the Elderly Mental-health in Nanning

Objective To find the state of elderly mental health and its influential factors in Nanning.Methods 253 retired urban elderly were sampled by group.The state of mental health was indicated by SCL-90.Influential factors were about general variables,subjective well-being (by GWB),coping styles(by TCSQ)and social support (by PSSS).Results The level of the elderly mental health in Nanning was lower than the average level of the national elderly.But the proportion that mental problem attained and surpassed middle level was 5.53%.The main influential factors to the elderly mental health were coping styles,subjective well-being and family support.Conclusion It is important for elderly to arouse themselves mental mechanism.
