人食管癌相关核基质蛋白的初步研究

摘    要:目的 从核基质蛋白中探寻人食管癌肿瘤标志物。方法 用高盐抽提法制备核基质,免疫动物获取抗血清,Western Blot检测特异性。结果 食管癌细胞中出现一条阳性条带,其代表的蛋白约为126000u,除食管癌原发的贲门癌外,这一阳性条带均未在正常食管和所检测的其它几种病细胞中出现。结论 食管癌细胞核基质中存在1个或1组表观分子量为126000u的相关多肽,可能与食管癌的发生发展有关,并且有一定的诊断价值。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the marker protein of human esophageal cancer from nuclear matrix proteins(NMPs), Methodsnuclear matrix proteins prepared by high salt extraction were injected subcutaneously into rabbit to get antiserum, which was used to detect the NMPs specific for esophageal cancer. ResultsThere is an apparent positive band (126 000 u) in the esophageal cancer NMPs, which does not exist in other tumors detected except for cardiac tumor originated from esophageal cancer. Conclusion One or one group of 126 000 u NMPs are found to be related to human esophageal cancer, they may be involved in the carcinogenesis and development of human esophageal cancer and show some diagnostic importance.
