中西医结合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭临床观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选符合诊断标准的慢性充血性心力衰竭患者233例,随机分为治疗组118例,对照组115例。对照组仅用西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药辨证论治,治疗15天。结果:治疗组显效62例,有效53例,无效3例,总有效率为97.46%(95%CI=92.3%~99.4%);对照组显效38例,有效54例,无效23例,总有效率为80.00%(95%CI=72.7%~87.3%);两组综合疗效比较,差异有显著性(u=3.6059,P=0.0005);且两组总有效率的95%CI域值不重叠;与对照组相比,治疗组可显著提高LVESV、EF、FS、CO、SV参数(P<0.01),降低LVEDV、A/E参数(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效优于西医疗法,其收益为OR=0.10(95%CI=0.03~0.36),NNT=6(95%CI=3.91~10.67)。

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure with Combined TCM and WM

Objective:To observe the effect of combined TCM and WM on chronic congestive heart failure(CHF).Method:233 cases with chronic CHF were divided randomly into the treatment group (118 cases) and the control group (115 cases).The control group were treated only with WM,the treatment group were treated with combined TCM and WM.Result:In the treatment group 62 cases were remarkably effective, 53 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 97.46%.In the control group 38 cases were remarkably effective,54 cases were effective and 23 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 80.00%.The difference of the two groups was significant(P=0.000 5).Conclusion:The effect of Combined TCM and WM on chronic CHF was better than the treatment only with WM.
