cyclinD1和p27蛋白在胆囊癌中的表达及意义

目的　探讨cyclinD1和p2 7蛋白在胆囊癌中的表达及意义。方法　采用免疫组化Elvision法检测 40例胆囊癌和 10例慢性胆囊炎标本cyclinD1和p2 7蛋白的表达。结果　cyclinD1的阳性表达率在胆囊癌组和胆囊炎组间有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 )。cyclinD1蛋白与胆囊癌的组织分化程度有统计学联系。p2 7蛋白的低表达率在胆囊癌组和胆囊炎组间有显著差异 (P <0 0 1) ,p2 7蛋白与胆囊癌的组织分化程度、淋巴结转移、脏器浸润和临床分期均有统计学联系。cyclinD1和p2 7蛋白的表达之间无统计学联系。结论　cyclinD1和p2 7蛋白与胆囊癌的发生可能都有密切联系 ,但二者是独立地起作用的。p2 7蛋白在一定程度上可判断患者预后。

The expressions and their significance of cyclinD1 and p27 in gallbladder carcinomas

Objective To investigate the expressions of cyclinD1 and p27 in gallbladder carcinoma(GBC) and their significance.Methods The immunohisto-chemical method(Elivision) was adopted to examine the expression of cyclinD1 and p27 in 40 cases of GBC and 10 cases of chronic cholecystitis(CC). Results The cyclinD1 positive expression rate showed significant difference between GBC and CC(P<0.05), and statistical correlation existed between cyclinD1 expression and the histological differentiation of GBC. The p27 decreased expression also showed significant difference between GBC and CC(P<0.01), statistical correlation existed between p27 protein and the histological differentiation, lymph node metastasis, organ invasion and clinical stage. While the expression of cyclinD1 showed no significance with that of p27(P>0.05).Conclusion Both cyclinD1 protein and p27 protein may correlate with GB carcinogenesis, but their roles may be independent. To some extent, p27 protein can predict the prognosis of GBC.
