全身麻醉患者术中知晓情况调查分析

目的对全身麻醉患者术中知晓情况发生率的探讨，并分析影响因素。方法选取1652例择期手术的患者均为全身麻醉．对其术中的知晓情况进行详细记录，影响因素分析采用Logistic回归分析法。结果共有1.5％的患者发生术中知晓情况。不同手术方式的术中知晓情况具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。相关因素为患者的性别、应用术前药物、气道管理方式、应用挥发性麻醉剂、术中血压波动。结论多种择期手术的术中知晓情况均有可能发生，患者如果出现术中知晓情况可能会发生术后后遗症。

Survey and analysis on intraoperative awareness in general anesthesia patients

Objective To study the incidence of intraoperative awareness in patients under general anesthesia and analyze its impact factor.Methods All of 1652 cases were selected for elective surgery,they were given general anesthesia.The detailed knowledge of the patients in the surgery were recorded.Impact factors were analyzed with Logistic regression analysis method.Results There were 1.5% patients in intraoperative awareness situation.There were significant differences in the incidence of intraoperative awareness among a variety of surgical procedures(P < 0.05).Relevant factors were the patients’ gender,the application of preoperative medicine,airway management,application of volatile anesthetics,intraoperative blood pressure fluctuations.Conclusion In a variety of elective surgery in the case of intraoperative awareness are likely to occur in patients with intraoperative awareness if the situation is likely to occur after the period of after-effects.
