| 摘 要： | 目的探讨BiPAP呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作(AECOPD)合并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法将本院住院治疗的120例AECOPD合并呼吸衰竭患者随机分入对照组与观察组。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上应用BiPAP呼吸机。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组气管插管率及死亡率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 AECOPD合并呼吸衰竭患者应用BiPAP呼吸机治疗可显著提高临床疗效,降低病死率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of BiPAP assisted ventilation on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (AECOPD) complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure. Methods 120 cases with AECOPD complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group were given routine treatment and the observation group received BiPAP assisted ventilation treatment based on routine invention. Results The effective rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P <0.01); the rate of tracheal cannula and mortality in the observation group were much lower than that in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusions BiPAP assisted ventilation on patients with AECOPD complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure can greatly improve the clinical effect and decrease the mortality. |
