| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨２型糖尿病患者血中是否存有甲状旁腺高血压因子（ＰＨＦ）活性异常及其与胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法 采用生物活性测定方法，检测３２例２型糖尿病患者和３３名正常人血浆中ＰＨＦ活性。结果 ２型糖尿病患者血中平均ＰＨＦ活性显著高于对照组，但未能确定与胰岛素抵抗之间的关系。结论 部分２型糖尿病患者血中存有异常高水平的ＰＨＦ，其作用机制有待进一步研究。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the PHF activity in patients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus and its relation with insulin resistance.Methods The activities of plasma PHF in of 32 NIDDM patients and 33 healthy controls were measured by bioassay.Results The mean PHF levels in 32 NIDDM patients were higher than those in healthy controls. The relationship between PHF activity and insulin resistance was not made certain.Conclusion Abnormal PHF activities exists in part of NIDDM patients and its mechanism should be studied continually. |
