| 摘 要： | 心力衰竭是各种心脏疾病发展的终末阶段,是导致心脏病患者死亡的重要原因。研究发现,多种机制参与心力衰竭的发病过程,包括神经体液激活、心肌细胞凋亡、心室重构等。近年来发现炎性细胞因子在慢性心力衰竭发生和进展过程中起到重要作用。心力衰竭时,多种炎性细胞因子水平增加,这些炎性因子加速了心力衰竭的进程,是心力衰竭患者死亡的独立预测因子。现主要论述炎性细胞因子在心力衰竭中的作用。

| Abstract: | Heart failure is a terminal stage for many types of heart disease. Studies have shown that there are many mechanisms involved in the pathogenesis of heart failure. In recent years, it has been found that inflammatory cytokines play an important role in chronic heart failure, and an increase in inflammatory cytokines accelerates the process of heart failure. The level of inflammatory cytonkines acts as an independent predictor of death in patients with heart failure. This paper focuses on function of inflammatory cytokines in heart failure. |
