| 摘 要： | 本研究观察和比较了６８例男性冠心病中层得血浆性激素、血脂水平，结果显示冠心病气虚痰浊证型者血浆雌二醇（Ｅ２）、雌二醇／睾丸酮（Ｅ２／Ｔ）、血清甘油三酯（ＴＧ）、血浆粘度较正常者和其他辩证类型冠心病者异常增高（Ｐ〈０．０１），同时血清高密度脂蛋白的（ＨＤＬ）值显著降低。在应用中医益气除痰法对各型冠心治疗的临床比较和验证中，表明益气除痰法不仅对气虚痰浊型冠心病疗效显著，而且对非气虚痰浊型者亦有查当的疗

| Abstract: | The plasma sex hormone and blood lipid were examined in 68 male patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). The results showed that in the patients with deficiency of qi stagnation of phlegm, plasma E 2, E 2/T ratio, serum triglyceride and plasma viscosity increased (P<0.01), and serum HDL decreased significantly. After treated with qi-supplementing and phlegm-eliminating therapy, various types of CHD were improved, showing that this measure bears a general significance in the treatment of male patients with CHD. |
