| 摘 要： | 本文报告用汉防己甲素治疗ＣＣｌ４诱导大鼠肝纤维化的实验研究，并以生理盐水作对照。结果表明治疗组肝组织、血清脂质过氧化物含量及血清丙氨酸转肽酶明显低于对照组，而血清胆碱酯酶则高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。治疗组肝组织中肝细胞变性及坏死显著轻于对照组，提示汉防已甲素具有防治脂质过氧化肝损伤的作用。

| Abstract: | The CC14-induced hepatic fibrosis in white rats were treated with tetrandrine (treatment group) and saline (control group)respectively. The animals were sacrificed in batches at 4, 8, 12 and 14 weeks. In treatment group, content of lipid peroxide (LPO) in liver tissue, sera LPO and alanine transpeptidase were much lower than those in control group respectively. And sera cholinesterase level was much higher in treatment group (P<0. 05 or 0. 01). The degree of hepatocyte degeneration and necrosis in liver tissue in treatment group were slighter than those in control group. It was suggested that tetrandrine could effectively prevent and cure liver injury induced by lipid peroxidation. |
