摘    要:本文报告35例正常人脑脊液皮质醇(CF)含量及其与血浆皮质醇(BF)含量之比值。发现CF约为BF的10%,且有昼夜节律变化。16例急性脑血管病患者CF/BF值高于正常组,昼夜节律消失;6例脑瘤患者中,4例CF/BF值和正常组相似,2例显著升高,表明某些中枢神经系统疾病可增加血——脑脊液对皮质醇的通透性。

Abstract:The cortisol content in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and the ratio of the cortisol level in CSF to plasma were determined in 35 healthy persons. It was observed that the normal cortisol content in CSF was about 10 per cent of the plasma. There was a change of diurnal rhythm in CSF of healthy persons and the pattern of the change was similar to that of the plasma. In sixteen patients with acute cerebrovascular diseases the cortisol content in CSF and the ratio of its level to plasma in the morning was as high as that in the healthy persons, but it was higher than that in the midnight. The diurnal rhythm disappeared. Four of the six patients with brain tumor showed normal cortisol values in CSF and plasma, and in the other two patients, the cortisol level in CSF and the ratio of the cortisol levels in CSF to plasma increased markedly, It was thought that the permeability of blood-CSF barrier for cortisol increased in some CNS diseases.
