糖尿病患者白内障摘除联合后房型人工晶体植入并发症的处理

目的：探讨糖尿病患者白内障囊外摘除联合后房型人工晶体植入术的并发症形成原因和防治措施。方法：对61例、66眼糖尿病白内障患者施行ECCE，IOL植入术。结果：术中并发症有瞳孔缩小43眼(68．3％)，后囊膜破裂6眼(9．1％)；术后并发症有角膜水肿36眼(54．5％)，色素播散30眼(45．5％)，纤堆素样渗出12眼(18．2％)，虹膜后黏连9眼(13．6％)，黄斑囊样水肿8眼(12．1％)，虹膜红变5眼(7．6％)。结论：在血糖控制稳定的情况下，对糖尿病患者施行ECCE，IOL术，疗效满意。

Complications of posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation in diabetic cataract

Objective:To explore the causes and prevention of the complications after posterior chamber intraocular lens(IOL) implantation in diabetic cataract. Method:Extracapcular cataract extraction (ECCE)and IOL implantation were carried out in 66 eyes of 61 cases with diabetic cataract.Results:There were complications of contraction of pupil in 48 eyes(68.3%) and posterior capsule rupture in 6 eyes(9.1%) in the operation. There were complications of corneal edema in 36 eyes(54.5%),pigment dispersion in 30 eyes(45.5%),significant fibrous exudation in the anterior chamber in 12 eyes(18.2%),posterior synechia in 9 eyes(13.6%),cystic degeneration of macular in 8 eyes(12.1%),and iris rubeosis in 5 eyes(7.6%) after operation.Conclusion: ECCE+IOL implantation is an effect and safe surgery for individuals with diabetic cataract whose blood sugar has been controlled well.
