头孢曲松钠的电化学行为研究及伏安法测定

摘    要:目的:研究头孢曲松钠的电化学行为。方法:用线性扫描、循环伏安及微分脉冲极谱等多种电化学手段进行测定。结果:在pH为5.0的NaAc-HAc溶液中,头孢曲松钠(ceftriaxone,简称CTRX)有两个灵敏的伏安峰,峰电流与头孢曲松钠的浓度在4.0×10~(-7)5.0×10~(-6)mol/L范围内成线性关系。用于注射剂的测定,得到满意的结果。结论:实验表明其中一个峰属于有吸附性的不可逆过程,另一为非吸附性的可逆过程,测得电极反应的电子转移数n=2。

Abstract:Objective:To search for the electrochemical behaviour of ceftriaxone.Methods:To determine by Voltammetry. Results:In NaAc-HAc solution pH 5.0,two sensitive peaks of ceftriaxone(CTRX) were observed.The linear relationship between peak height and the concentration of CTRX held in the rang of 4.0×10~(-7)~5.0×10~(-6)mol/L.This mothod has been successfully used to determine ceftriaxone in injection.The electrochemical behaviour of ceftriaxone was also studied by linear sweep, cyclic voltammetry. Conclusion: It has been shown that one of the peaks is an irreversible adsorption wave, the other one is a reversible reductive wave.The number of electron transfer has been determined to be two.
