推拿联合微生态调节剂治疗肠易激综合征的临床研究

目的探讨推拿联合双歧三联活菌胶囊(贝飞达)对肠易激综合征(IBS)患者肠道微生态环境的调节及临床治疗作用。方法71例IBS(以腹泻为主型)患者,按ROMEⅡ诊断标准随机分为3组,分别给予贝飞达(贝飞达组23例)、推拿治疗(推拿组24例)及贝飞达加推拿治疗(联合治疗组24例),2周后,观察临床疗效;治疗前后粪便菌培养,对比各组治疗前后的菌群数量变化。结果3组患者疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0·05)。治疗后3组患者粪便中双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌增加,大肠埃希菌减少,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0·01)。治疗后联合治疗组上述3种细菌菌群数量与贝飞达组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0·05),贝飞达组与推拿组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0·05)。结论推拿联合贝飞达有很好的调节IBS患者肠道菌群的作用,能增加肠道有益菌的数量,治疗IBS疗效显著。两种方法联合治疗效果要优于单用推拿或双歧三联活菌胶囊的治疗效果。

Study on the Intestine Microecological Changes and Curetive Effects of Irritable Bowel Syndrom by Massage Combined with Bifid

Objective To study the curetive effects to irritable bowel syndrom(IBS) by massage combined with bifid.Methods 71 patients were randomly divided into three groups and respectively treated by bifid(23 cases)or massage(24 cases)and massage combined with bifido(24 cases) for two weeks.Obzerve the curetive effects and examine the bacteria change of Intestine.Results The number of bifidobacterium and lactobacillus increased significantly,enteric bacilli decreased in three groups after teatment (P<0.01).Massage combined with bifid was more effective than the other two groups.Conclusion Massage combined with bifido could adjust the themicrodysbiosis of intestine in the patients of IBS and improved the clinical symptoms.The curative effect of combined treatment was better than one only.
