肺出血肾炎综合症的X线诊断价值

目的 探讨肺出血肾炎综合症的临床影像学表现。方法 回顾分析6例经临床和病理证实的肺出血肾炎综合症的临床影像学特点。结果 病变时期不同导致影像学表现多样化，典型的影像学表现为肺门向肺内散在分布的斑点状或片状阴影5例．占83．33％；多发的团状阴影1例，占16．67％；网纹影2例，占33、33％；粟粒阴影1例，占16．67％及其克氏B线2例，占33．33％。结论 本病具有典型的临床影像学表现，认识其影像学表现，熟悉诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要的临床意义。

X-ray diagnostic value in Goodpasture''''s syndrome

Objective To discuss the clinical manifestations and imaging of Goodpasture' s syndrome. Methods The clinical manifestations and imaging features of 6 patients with Goodpasture' s syndrome and were analyzed retrospectively confirmed by clinical and pathology. Results On X-ray imaging in all patients , the characteristic X-ray findings were mottling and patchy shadows dispersed from hilum pul-monis to pulmonary field in 5 cases (83.33%), multiple massive shadows in 1 cases (16.67%), reticular shadows in 2 cases (33.33%),miliary shadows in 1 cases (16.67%)and Kerley' s B line in 2 cases (33.33%). Conclusion Goodpasture' s syndrome has typical X-ray features. The X-ray to image manifestations of Goodpasture' s syndrome were great clinical significance and should be familiar with their diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
