摘    要:建立了无灰化石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定蒸馏酒中锰和铅。经优选干燥温度、时间及原子化温度,使一次程序升温周期分别缩短为锰17s、铅20s。比较了普通石墨管与热解镀层石墨管对锰测定的影响,观察乙醇对锰、铅测定的干扰,并提出消除干扰的方法。所建立的方法简便、快速,检出限(3σ)为锰2.2ng/ml,铅1.1ng/ml;回收率为锰(50ng/ml)104.2%,铅(50ng/ml)100.8%;RSD值为锰4.53%,铅4.23%。

Abstract:A fast temperature programme for the determination of manganese and lead in distilled wines by GFAAS was developed by omitting the charring step and drying at a higher temperature for a short time. The optimum drying time, drying and atomize temperature were chosen to reduce cycle times to 17s and 20s for manganese and lead respectively.Standard graphite tube and pyrolytic coated graphite tube were compared for the measurement of manganese,Interferences of ethanol were observed and methods which removed the disturbance rere found. Results of the experiment show that the method is simple, rapid,sensitive and accurate which can even profit the large numbers of analyses.
