黛安神加匹维溴胺与单剂匹维溴胺治疗肠易激综合征的疗效比较

目的比较黛安神联合匹维溴胺与单剂匹维溴胺治疗肠易激综合症的疗效.方法将108例肠易激综合征病人随机分为2组,治疗组56例(男23例,女33例,年龄41a+10d)应用黛安神(Deanxit)1片PO.Bid加匹维溴胺(Pinaveriumbromide)50毫克PO.Tid简称D-P组,对照组52例(男20例,女32例,年龄44a±11a),应用单剂匹维溴胺50毫克PO.Tid简称P组.疗程均为4周.结果治疗组总有效率为100%.对照组为81%(χ2P＜0.01).治疗组对缓解腹痛、腹胀、腹泻、便秘、粘液便优于对照组,特别对腹痛、腹胀疗效更为明显.结论黛安神联合匹维溴胺是治疗肠易激综合征更有效的药物治疗方法.

Comparing the efficacy of Pinaverium bromide and combined with Deanxit for treatment of irritable bowel syndrom

Aims Comparing the curative effect of combination of Deanxit and Pinaverium bromide with that of Pinaverium bromide for the treating of irritable bowel Syndrom(IBS).Methods Dividing 108 patients with IBS into two groups:Treated Groups and Non treated Groups.56 patients are in Treated Groups,including 23 males and 32 females,aging from 31 to 51. All these patients in this group will take one pill of Deanxit,PO.Bid and also 50 mg Pinaverium bromide,PO.Tid,called Group D P.The other 52 patients will be in Non treated Groups,including 20 males and 32 females,aging from 33 to 55.All those patients will take only 50 mg of Pinaverium bromide,PO.Tid,called Group P.The period for the treatment is four weeks.Results The curative effect for the Treated Group is 100%,however,the curative effect for the Non treated is only 81%.(X 2P=0 002>0 01).In curing abdominal pain,abdominal distension,diarrhea,constipation and mucus,the Treated Group has done better than the Non treated Group,especially in curing abdominal pain and abdominal distension.Conclusions The combination of Deanxit and Pinaverium bromide is a more effective method of treating IBS.
