早期康复训练减轻鼻咽癌放射性张口困难病人的效果观察

目的：探讨早期康复训练对鼻咽癌病人接受根治性放射治疗后张口困难的防治效果。方法：将126例鼻咽癌放射治疗病人分为观察组和对照组各63例。观察组在放疗的同时采取早期康复训练，对照组单纯接受鼻咽癌放射治疗。在放射治疗前、后及治疗半年后分别对两组病人的门齿间距进行测量。结果：观察组病人放疗后张口缩小的发生率及其程度明显低于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论：早期康复训练有助于降低鼻咽癌病人放射治疗后张口困难的发生率，提高病人的生存质量。

Effectiveness of Early Rehabilitation Training Alleviating Radiation-induced Difficulty in Opening Mouth of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Objective To observe the preventive effectiveness of early rehabilitation training to difficulty in opening mouth following radical radiotherapy in the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods One hundred twenty-six cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma receiving radiotherapy were divided into observation group and control group equally. Observation group were subjected to early rehabilitation training besides radiotherapy, while control group only received radiotherapy. The distance between the incisor teeth in the two groups was measured before and immediately, 6 months after radiotherapy. Results The incidence and severity of difficulty in opening mouth in observation group was signficantly less than in control group (P<0. 01). Conclusion Early rehabilitation training is helpful to decrese the incidence of difficulty in opening mouth in the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy and improve the quality of life.
