| 摘 要： | 目的快速查找食物中毒原因。方法根据临床表现、流行病学调查制定实验室检测项目并作出检测。结果从剩余食物、患者肛拭及粪便中检出丙型副伤寒沙门菌。结论由实验室检测得知,该起食物中毒事件是由丙型副伤寒沙门菌引起。

| Abstract: | Objective To quickly find the cause of food poisoning.Methods Clinical,epidemiological investigation,laboratory testing to develop the project and make a test.Results From the remaining food and feces were detected in anal swab and hepatitis C Salmonella.Conclusion The laboratory tests that the food poisoning incident was caused by the hepatitis C Salmonella. |
