垂体转移瘤的MR表现

目的探讨垂体转移瘤的在MR图像上的影像学表现特点。方法回顾性分析11例垂体转移瘤患者的MR影像表现,其中男2例,女9例;年龄46～82岁,平均年龄66岁。结果垂体转移瘤在MR图像上表现为垂体内占位,位于垂体后叶和（或）垂体柄,病灶呈浸润生长,于T1WI呈等或稍低信号,于T2WI呈等或略高信号。4例病灶内部发生坏死囊变,至内部信号不均匀。增强扫描时转移灶呈明显强化表现。结论垂体转移瘤在MR图像上有一定特点,MR检查对垂体转移瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要价值。

MR features of the pituitary metastasis

Objective To investigate the MR feature of pituitary metastasis.Methods Eleven patients with pituitary metastasis proved by pathology and/or typical clinical features were collected and MR images were reviewed retrospectively.Two cases were male,the others was female The age of the 11 patients ranged from 46 years to 82 years,the average is 66 years.Results MR displayed that the lesions of the pituitary metastases were often in the pituitary stalk and/or posterior pituitary gland and showed infiltrative growth patterns,present as equal or slightly low signal on T1WI,equal or slightly high signal on T2WI.There were necrosis and cyst in 4 cases and the signals were inhomogeneous.The lesions showed significant contrast enhancement.Conclusion The pituitary metastasis usually shows some characteristic MR signs and MR had important values for the diagnosis and differentiation diagnosis of the pituitary metastasis.
