The Relationship Study of RI and Angiogenesis in Endometrial Carcinoma |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship of RI and microvessel density（MVD） in endometrial carcinoma,for accumulating clinical experience,directing clinical work.Methods The study included 130 cases of endometrial carcinoma.We detect RI by color Doppler,detect MVD by IHC.The relationship of RI and MVD were observed in different clinical characteristic.Results The expressions of RI and MVD were associated with infiltration degree and lymph node metastasis in endometrial carcinoma.There were negative correlation between RI and MVD in endometrial carcinoma.Conclusion The inspection of color Doppler can display the angiogenesis which marked CD105 in endometrial carcinoma.RI value may be helpful to predict the prognosis in endometrial carcinoma. |
