| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨针刺结合现代康复技术对于中风偏瘫痉挛状态康复的作用。方法：将80例中风偏瘫痉挛状态的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组;治疗组采用＂分期整体针刺疗法＂中痉挛期的针刺方法配合现代康复治疗技术,对照组采用现代康复治疗技术,分别于治疗前,治疗后2月末采用改良Ashworth肌痉挛评定量表,简化Fugl-Meyer（FMA）运动功能评分法,Barthel指数分别评定肌痉挛,运动功能水平,日常生活能力。结果：治疗后两组偏瘫肢体痉挛及肢体运动功能,日常生活能力均明显改善（P〈0.05）;治疗后治疗组改善程度明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗后治疗组进入分离运动期（BrunnstromⅣ期）时间短于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：与单纯使用现代康复技术相比,现代康复技术结合针刺治疗对于中风偏瘫痉挛状态的康复具有更明显的促进作用。
