| 摘 要： | [目的] 评价SureStrip HBsAg试剂条法对乙肝表面抗原的检测效果。[方法] 用SureStrip HBsAg试剂条法和酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测血清标本。[结果] SureStrip HBsAg试剂条法 HBsAg阳性率为5.24％(98/1869);ELISA法为5.19％(97/1869),两法比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。溶血、脂血对检测结果无影响。[结论]SureStrip HBsAg试剂条法检测HBsAg具有快速、敏感、特异、简便、无污染等特点,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate detecting efficacy of the SureStrip HBsAg Test for hepatitis B sureface antigen. Methods We detected samples by the SureStrip HBsAg Test and ELISA. Results HBsAg positive rate was 5.1 % by the SureStrip HBsAg Test(96/1869),5.2% of ELISA(97/1869) .This method was no difference with ELISA(P > 0.05) .The result wasn t efdfected by hemolyzed and lipemic specimens. Conclusion The SureStrip HBsAg Test was rapid sensitive spe-cific simple and had no- pollution in the detection of HBsAg. It is a valuable to use the medium in health and quaran-tine. |
