| 摘 要： | 目的：观察柴胡桂枝干姜汤加减治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征（IBS）的临床疗效。方法：选择86例IBS患者，用柴胡桂枝干姜汤加减治疗，水煎服，每日1剂，4周为1个疗程，结果：痊愈68例，显效11例，无效7例，有效率92％，结论：柴胡桂枝干姜汤加减是治疗IBS较为理想的可选方剂。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of decoction of radix bupleuri, ramulus cinnamomi and dried ginger in treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Methods 86 cases of IBS were treated by decoction of radix bupleuri, ramulus cinnamomi and dried ginger, with a therapeutic course of 60 days. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (administration of decoction of radix bupleuri, ramulus cinnamomi and dried ginger) was 92%. Conclusions Decoction of radix bupleuri, ramulus cinnamomi and dried ginger can produce a definite effect on diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome. |
