Skp2蛋白和PTEN蛋白在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达及相关性的探讨

目的:探讨Skp2和PTEN在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达,及其在卵巢上皮性癌发生、发展中的作用及两者的关系。方法:采用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化酶(SP)免疫组织化学方法检测42例卵巢上皮性癌、27例卵巢交界性上皮性肿瘤及20例卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤中Skp2蛋白和PTEN蛋白的表达情况,并分析其与各临床病理特征的关系及两者的相关性。结果:①卵巢上皮性癌中Skp2蛋白表达水平显著高于卵巢良性及交界性肿瘤,差异有显著性(P<0.05);PTEN蛋白与Skp2相反,在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达水平明显低于良性肿瘤和交界性肿瘤,差异有显著性(P<0.05);②Skp2和PTEN蛋白的阳性表达率与卵巢上皮性瘤病理类型无关(P>0.05),与临床分期、组织学分级及大网膜或淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);③卵巢上皮性癌中Skp2和PTEN的表达呈负相关。结论:Skp2蛋白和PTEN蛋白在卵巢上皮性癌的发生、发展中发挥重要作用,Skp2和PTEN的联合检测有助于判断卵巢癌的恶性程度和预后。

Expression of Skp2 protein and PTEN protein in ovarian epithelial cancer and their relationship

Objective:Objective To investigate the expression of Skp2 and PTEN in ovarian epithelial carcinoma and the correlation between the expression of Skp2 and PTEN and the carcinogenesis, progression.Methods:The expression of Skp2 and PTEN protein was detected by immunohistochemical SP method in 20 cases of ovarian benign epithelial tumor, 27 cases of ovarian epithelial borderline tumor and 42 cases of ovarian epithelial carcinoma. To analyze the relation of Skp2 and PTEN protein and pathological feature.Results:① The positive rate of Skp2 protein expression in ovarian cancer was significantly higher than that in benign ovarian epithelial tumors and borderline tumors (P<0.05).While the positive rate of PTEN was opposite to that of Skp2, the expression of PTEN was significantly lower than that in benign ovarian epithelial tumors and borderline tumors (P<0.05).②The expression of Skp2 and PTEN protein revealed significant relationship to clinical stage, histological differentiation and greater omentum or lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05), but were not associated with pathological type(P>0.05).③In ovarian carcinoma, there was negative correlation between expression of Skp2 and PTFN.Conclusion:Skp2 protein and PTEN protein play an important role in origination and development of ovarian cancer and the combination detection of Skp2 protein and PTEN protein expression may be helpful in predicting the malignant degree and prognosis of ovarian tumor.
