| 摘 要： | 目的了解不动杆菌感染在本院的耐药现状。方法采用美国(MicroScan autoScan4)细菌分析系统对40株不动杆菌进行体外鉴定及药敏敏感性的分析。按美国国家临床实验的标准化委员会(NCCLS)制定的标准进行。结果标本来源以痰标本为主,占70%。40株不动杆菌中氨基糖苷类的药物最敏感,其次复方新诺明、亚胺培南、头孢曲松、氨苄青霉素/舒巴坦。结论不动杆菌主要引起呼吸道感染,虽然耐药率还不是很严重,但不能忽视多重耐药菌株的出现,要减少多重耐药菌株的产生,就必须合理应用抗菌药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the drug resistance of amotile bacilli in our hospital.Methods The vitro assessment and drug resistance of 40 strain amotile bacilli were analyzed with MicroScan auto Scan4 system according to NCCLS standard.Results The sample was 70% from sputum.The aminoglycoside was most sensitive,then co-sinomin,imipenem,ceftriaxone,ampicillin and subactam.Conclusion The amotile bacilli mainly caused the infection of respiratory tract though the drug resistant was not severe,but reasonable use of antibiotics should be taken to avoid the multiplicitas drug resistant strain production. |
