宫腔镜检查150例临床分析

目的探讨宫腔镜对子宫出血性疾病的病因诊断应用价值。方法对我院2005—2006年150例子宫异常出血进行病因诊断,宫腔镜检查定位取内膜活检及诊断性刮宫病理结果联合术前B超诊断进行回顾性分析。结果术前B超宫内异常68例,而宫腔镜发现宫内异常124例,宫腔镜的特异度及阳性率均高于B超及诊刮。结论宫腔镜检查能直视宫腔内病变,定位取材,准确率高,是诊断子宫异常出血的很好手段,宫腔镜联合B超内膜定位活检、诊刮病理对诊断宫腔内病变的准确率高。

CLINICAL ANALYSIS ON 150 CASES WITH EXAMINED BY HYSTEROCOPY

Objective To discuss the clinical application value of hysteroscopy in diagnosing abnormal uterine bleeding by hysteroscopy. Methods We analyzed the 150 cases in our department examined by hysteroscopy under ultrasonography before operation and endometrium biopsy because of abnormal uterine bleeding from 2005 to 2006. Results Before operation, 68 cases with intrauterine abnormity were detected by B mode ultrasonic and 124 cases were detected by hysteroscope. Hysteroscopy examination has high accuracy than ultrasonography and histologic pathology. Conclusion Hysteroscopy examination can help observe directly uterine pathological changes, directional biopsy sampling and high diagnostic accuracy. It can be used as premium criterica in examing abnormal uterine bleeding. Hysteroscopy examination has high accuracy in uterine pathological changes, if combined with ultrasonography and directional histologic pathology.
