| 摘 要： | 目的：观察临床应用雾化吸入普米克令舒加博利康尼辅助治疗常见婴幼儿喘息性疾病（除外哮喘）的疗效。方法：将328例有喘息症状的婴幼儿随机分为观察组（161例）及对照组（167例）两组，两组均在常规治疗基础上，观察组加用雾化吸入普米克令舒加博利康尼辅助治疗，观察两组呼吸状态恢复正常的时间，肺部体征消失时间及住院天数，并将观察组与对照组进行统计学对比。结果：观察组在呼吸状态恢复正常的时间、肺部体征消失时间及住院天数方面均明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：雾化吸入普米克令舒加博利康尼辅助治疗常见婴幼儿喘息性疾病（除外哮喘），可缩短病程，疗效确切，且方便、安全，值得临床推广。
