| 摘 要： | 住院医师规范化培训制度是在西医学框架下建立起来的，从课程设置、教学模式等诸多方面较少考虑到中医的特殊性，不能适应中医医院的实际要求。中医师承教育是中医传统教育的重要形式，将传统师承模式引入住院医师标准化培训，构建适应中医院校毕业生的教学模式十分必要。
