| 摘 要： | 中晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）约占全部 NSCLC 的45%。近年来放化同步治疗已成为NSCLC 治疗的新标准，关于 NSCLC 同步放化疗（CRCT）的放疗总剂量、分次方法、不同化疗方案联合放疗的有效率和不良反应耐受性等诸多细节的研究仍在探索中。
