龙岩市部分婚前保健者生殖健康知识与健康教育效果评价

[目的]掌握婚前保健对象生殖健康知识知晓度,评价生殖健康教育效果。[方法]对2002年10月至2003年9月在龙岩市妇幼保健所接受婚前保健者进行生殖健康知识问卷调查。[结果]宣教后生殖健康知识得分明显高于宣教前,经统计学处理差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。宣教前后生殖健康知识知晓率分别为42.32%和94.73%。经统计学处理差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]人们普遍存在生殖健康知识知晓率低下状况,婚前保健生殖健康教育确实有效。

Evaluation on the Effect of the Reproductive Health Education on Part of the Premarital Targets of Longyan City

[Objective]To master the knowledge level of the pre ma rital targets on reproductive health and evaluate the education effect on them.[Methods]To investigate the premarital targets with questionna ire on the reproductive health knowledge in Longyan maternal and child health ca re institute during October,2002 to September,2003.[Results]T he scores from the targets after education were much higher than those before ed ucation,the difference had statistic significance(P<0.01).The known rat e of the reproductive health knowledge after and before education were 94.73% a nd 42.32% respectively,the difference between them had remarkable statistic si gnificance(P<0.01).[Conclusion]People had poor knowled ge of reproductive health universally,health education on premarital targets sh owed to be effective.
