胞必佳胸内注射对尘肺合并难治性气胸的疗效观察

目的观察胞必佳胸内注入治疗尘肺合并难治性气胸的临床效果及价值。方法对17例尘肺合并难治性气胸患者采用胞必佳400μg胸腔内注射，以发挥粘连作用。结果治疗后15例气胸好转，总有效率为88．2％，其中注药1次有效13例（76．5％），注药2次有效2例（11．7％），余2例无效（11．8％），15例粘连成功患者经历3～12个月出现1例复发，复发率为6．7％。结论应用胞必佳胸膜固定治疗尘肺合并难治性气胸，成功率较高，不良反应较少，是治疗尘肺合并难治性气胸的一种有效方法。

Observation of therapeutic effect on pneumoconiosis combined with refractory pneumothorax by intrathoracic injection with N-CWS

Objective：To assess the clinical value of Intrathoracic injection with N-CWS in pneumoconiosis combined with refractory pneumothorax. Methods： 17 cases of pneumoconiosis combined with refractory pneumothorax were injected with 400 N-CWS;refractory;pneumoconiosis combined with pneumothoraxg N-CWS to chest to result in adhesion. Results： The total effective rate was 88.2%（15/17）, among them, 13 cases were injected with N-CWS for 1 times（76.5%）, 2 cases for 2 times（1.7%）. Other 2 cases were ineffective（11.8%）, 15 cases with successful adhesion were followed up 3 to 12 months, one case recurred（6.7%）. Conclusions： Intrathoracic injection with N-CWS has good effect and small side effects, is an effective method of pneumoconiosis combined with refractory pneumothorax.
