| 摘 要： | 目的采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定药物匹多替莫注射液的含量.方法使用的固定相为SperisorbC8(10 u,4.6×200mm)色谱柱,以磷酸盐缓冲液(3.3 g磷酸二氢钠加水至2 000m1)为流动相,检测波长为210 nm.结果测得的线性范围50.4～453.6μg/ml(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.5%,变异系数RSD=1.2%.结论使用高效液相色谱法测定药物匹多替莫注射液的含量,具有准确、快速、方便和实用的特点. |

| Abstract: | ve To determine the contents of pidotimod injection by HPLC. Method Sperisorb C8(10 u,4.6 x200 mm)was used as the stationary phase,the mobile phase was phosphate buffer (3.3 g sodi um dihydrogen phosphate to 2 000 ml water ) and the detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results The linear was 50. 4 ~ 453. 6 ug/ml( r = 0. 9998). The average recoveries were 99. 5% , RSD was1. 2% . Conclusion This method is reliable, accurate and very suitable for the determination of the content of the pidotimod injec tion. |
